Wonderful Industrial Park

Wonderful Industrial Park is a 1,625 acre, BNSF rail-served, master-planned industrial development in the southeastern part of Shafter, CA.  The park combines an industrial setting with a regional transportation solution, including an intermodal facility allowing direct rail service to and from the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.  RGA provided master planning and support services to Roll Real Estate, part of The Wonderful Company, the largest agricultural land owner in California.  RGA also has been providing continuing work on the vertical development of projects within the park, including a 1m SF BTS for American Tire Distributors, two speculative 1m SF buildings (Lots 16A and 16B) and a 400,000 SF project for Essendant.
