RGA completed this 1,000,000 sf tire warehouse in Shafter, CA for Roll Real Estate Development in 2014, as part of their Paramount Logistics Park. The project included approximately 10,000 sf of office improvements, and coordination with the tenant's rack and conveyor installation. The project was constructed by Millie & Severson Construction.
