Watson Commerce Center - Redlands

RGA provided planning, design, and construction document services for this four building distribution and logistics park in Redlands for Watson Land Company between 2006 and 2014.  The project totaled over two million square feet, and all four buildings included office and mezzanine improvements.  All four buildings achieved  LEED® Gold Certification for New Construction.  The park was constructed by Millie & Severson in four phases at a total cost of approximately $60 million.
