Watson Industrial Center Building 156

RGA completed this speculative industrial project for Watson Land Company in their master planned Watson Industrial Center park in Carson in 2014.  The project features 36 ft. clear height, Class A speculative office and mezzanine improvements, and LEED Gold Certification.  The building was leased to Floor and Decor.  Norm Wilson and Sons constructed the project for approximately $7 million.
