ProLogis Park Moreno Valley - Eucalyptus

RGA completed this four building Class A industrial park for ProLogis totaling nearly 1.5 million SF in late 2018. The project was designed and constructed in a single phase, including an accelerated schedule for the largest building which was a build-to suit for Solaris Paper and included specialized improvements for 2 bridge cranes, +/- 20,000 sf of office improvements, and a dust control system. The other 3 buildings were completed on a speculative basis. Fullmer Construction constructed the project.
