Fontana Gateway

The Carson Companies engaged RGA for full design and construction document services for this 400,000 sf speculative industrial project on the former Layne Christensen site on Etiwanda Avenue in Fontana, CA. The project was completed in 2013 for approximately $10 million and was leased prior to completion to ACT Fulfillment. RGA also designed approximately 8,000 sf of interior tenant improvements.
