Professional Hospital Supply

After a competitive interview process, RGA was engaged in 2006 by The Garrett Group and Professional Hospital Supply to design their new corporate headquarters and primary logistics center on a 32 acre sloping hilltop site in Temecula, CA. The project was to consolidate operations that existed across several neighboring facilities. The project program included a 90,000 sf, three-story, steel framed corporate headquarters component with glazed curtainwall, attached to a half million square foot concrete tilt-up distribution facility. RGA was responsible for all site, core and shell components, and worked with Westgroup Designs to complete the interior design and FF&E. The project was completed in 2009 by Oltmans Construction. The total project cost was approximately $45 million.
