C.R. Laurence Company

RGA provided design services for several buildings for the C.R. Laurence and US Aluminum companies in Southern California and Texas.  The California facilities included fabrication and distribution for the company's high end metal doors, handrails, and glass guardrails.  The building sizes ranged from 65,000 sf to 300,000 sf.  Both buildings included corporate office interiors and will call services areas along with coordination for several manufacturing and process lines.  The Texas facility was an expansion of the regional US Aluminum manufacturing and distribution facility.  The building expansion was approximately 150,000 sf including corporate office interiors, product finishing and paint rooms, will call service areas, and warehouse distribution with new shipping and receiving docks.
