Meredith International Centre

In 2012, Sares Regis Group gained control of a rare large undeveloped parcel of land in Ontario off Vineyard and the 10 Freeway.  The site was part of high-density specific plan area developed in 1981 consisting of office, retail, hotel, and residential.  Based on market demand, the goal was to develop a state-of-the-art industrial park delivering 3 million SF.  RGA worked with Sares Regis and their environmental team, and the site was entitled in approximately 12 months, including a Specific Plan Amendment, General Plan Amendment, zone change, development agreement, and full EIR.  Entitlements were completed in Spring, 2015 and construction commenced immediately after.  The first building completed was the QVC West Coast distribution center, a million square build-to-suit e-commerce facility.
