Magnolia Point Business Park

RGA completed this four building project in 2014 for CT Realty Investors, after initially working on project entitlements with Trammell Crow Company.  The project site, which is located at a high traffic intersection in east Corona, was to be a high image light industrial business park with a focus on attracting buyers and tenants with high employment.  One of the buildings was purchased early in during construction by Developlus, a manufacturer of hair care & dye products.  RGA completed a substantial tenant improvement package for this buyer including about 13,000 sf of two-story office, hazardous storage rooms, and a 15,000 sf manufacturing area.  The other three buildings were delivered on spec. with small two-story office improvements.  KPRS constructed the project at a cost of approximately $17 million.
