First Perry Logistics

RGA completed this speculative industrial project for First Industrial Really Trust, Inc. in the City of Perris in 2019. The project features 36 ft. clear height, Class A two-story office improvements with a 2-story open lobby, and is LEED Certified. The building was leased prior to completion. Premier Design Build Group constructed the project for approximately $12.5 million.
