RGA completed this three-building, LEED Certified project in Los Angeles for Trammell Crow Company in 2014, and it was awarded the Best Industrial Project at the 2015 LA Business Journal Real Estate Awards.  The brownfield site had numerous challenges, including a very odd shaped site, limited street frontage and access points, environmental issues, multiple access and utility easements, and power transmission lines through the site which required relocation.  The project incorporated a rainwater harvesting system for irrigation reuse to comply with storm water treatment requirements, which also contributed to the LEED Silver Certification that the project obtained.  The project targeted fashion / apparel users and light manufacturing, and all three buildings were sold prior to completion.  RGA also designed approximately 20,000sf of high end office improvements for the buyer of Buildings A and B, Ambiance Apparel, a L.A. based fashion designer and importer.  Oltmans Construction constructed the project for approximately $16 million.
