Chino Parcel Delivery Hub
RGA completed design and construction documents for this approximately $75m build-to-suit for FedEx. The project included the main hub, a two-story administrative & entrance building connected by a bridge, and a vehicle maintenance garage. Construction was completed in 2021 by Millie & Severson.
