Watson Corporate Center Building 206

RGA completed this 230,000 sf state of the art cross dock distribution building in Carson in 2011 for Watson Land Company. The project achieved LEED® Gold Certification. The building leased to OHL Logistics and was designed to include a 10,000 sf two-story main office as well is warehouse support offices.
