Southern California Logistics Centre

RGA was engaged by Stirling Capital Group starting in 2006 for master planning design services at the former George Air Force Base.  The total potential redevelopment area covered around 3,000 acres and was to be designed to take advantage of the operational airport with FTZ designation, and ultimately a new rail switchyard.  RGA has provided continued work on the project for almost 10 years and has also delivered six new industrial projects including work for Rubbermaid and Plastipak Packaging.
