Mike Gill, Principal

Mr. Gill has over 25 years experience working in consulting architecture in Southern California. Prior to forming RGA, Mike was a managing partner at Hill Pinckert Architects in Southern California. Here, he both developed and managed the delivery of architectural services on projects ranging from office facilities to distribution facilities which exceeded four million square feet in enclosed area. Mike has also had extensive experience in refrigerated storage facilities.

Chris Savage, AIA, LEED AP, Principal

Chris is a Partner and Principal at RGA, Office of Architectural Design, Inc., a leader in the industrial sector in the Southern California market. He is licensed and LEED Accredited with two decades of experience in design, project management, and team leadership in development of state-of-the-art logistics and manufacturing facilities. He has worked extensively on all range of industrial projects ranging from speculative warehouse, build-to-suit manufacturing, E-commerce fulfillment, flexible R&D / business parks, and interior tenant improvements. Chris has designed, managed, and executed more than twenty five million square feet of commercial / industrial space and tenant improvements, through all project phases, with a construction cost in excess of $1 billion. Chris obtained LEED Accreditation in 2008 and has completed over thirty buildings that have achieved LEED Certification, many to Silver or Gold levels. He is highly experienced with Design-Build & Design-Bid-Build project delivery methods. He is responsible for building and maintaining valued relationships with long term regional and national clients, generating proposals & contract negotiation, assembling & managing consultant teams, negotiating entitlements with key City/County personnel, providing oversight of ongoing projects, and mentoring staff.
